Abstract
Although the distance measurement using ultrasonic transducer is provided with lots of advantages, it is difficult to achieve a high precision due to being subjected to many factors.In this paper, the principle of ultrasonic distance measurement is described.Because the ultrasonic distance measurement system of temperature compensation or temperature and humidity compensation with one sensor is single and does not achieve high precision on the bad and mutable environment, and that of standard baffle compensation with two sensors costs much and is not applied for each field, this paper designed the standard baffle with one sensor, using a servo to control the direction of the sensor.Because the system does not balance the precision and range, this paper designed the double-frequency ultrasonic measurement.The experimental results show that using atmosphere as the media and water as the reflector, in the range of 7 m the error of the improved distance measurement can be less than 0.4%.The improved method can realize low cost and high precision ranging on the bad and mutable environment.关键词
