环境规制下工业共生链制造商决策行为分析
Manufacturers' Decision Behavior in Industrial Symbiosis Chain under Environmental Regulations

Abstract
Under environmental regulations imposed by the government in terms of waste emission standard,waste emission tax and subsidy for waste utilization,we analyze the decision behavior of the manufacturers and the government with regard to the environmental performance and economic benefit by establishing a monopoly model of the industrial symbiosis chain with one upstream manufacturer and one downstream manufacturer.The result shows that manufacturers' operations must be taken into account when the government formulates the waste emission standard,and subsidy and emission tax implemented simultaneously for external environmental benefits are superior to a single policy.Meanwhile,manufacturers will affirmatively involve in industrial symbiosis chain with the intervention from environmental regulations;in particular,when the integrated structure of industrial symbiosis becomes the optimal decision for manufacturers to boost both economic and environmental benefit,and waste emission contract and quantity discount contract can be tools to improve economic and environmental performance in non-integrated industrial symbiosis chain.Moreover,an increasing consciousness of customers' environmental concern forces the manufacturers lower product price to stimulate the demand and drives the manufacturers to innovate products' environmental performance.关键词
