双能CT在痛风性关节炎早期诊断的灵敏度和特异度分析
Sensitivity and specificity of dual-energy CT in early diagnosis of gouty arthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of dual-energy CT in the early diagnosis of gouty arthritis.Methods Patients suspected with gout between January 2015 and August 2016 were recruited and received dual-energy CT scan of the affected joints.The American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1977 preliminary criteria for the classification of acute arthritis of primary gout was regarded as the gold standard.The sensitivity and specificity of dual-energy CT in diagnosing gouty arthritis were evaluated.Results A total of 44 patients suspected with gout were recruited,including 37 patients diagnosed with gouty arthritis.The sensitivity and specificity of dual-energy CT were 94.59% and 100%,respectively.According to the uric acid level,gouty arthritis patients were divided into the normal group and high serum uric acid group.No statistical significance was identified in the sensitivity of dual-energy CT in diagnosing gouty arthritis between two groups.Conclusions Dual-energy CT plays a pivotal role in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis,especially for gouty arthritis patients with normal uric acid level.关键词
