Abstract
Objective To improve the radiological examination process and increase the patients'satisfaction, the medical imaging service system was established in radiology department of our hospital. Methods Based on existing full-PACS system, with the use of the Internet cloud technology and terminals devices like digital mobile phones, PAD and PC, some imaging services included medical image film, remote diagnostic imaging, remote expert reading came true. Results Medical imaging services system with WeChat platform was set up. Patients could check their registration queue, diagnostic reports, medical images and other information by following the official account and binding hospital cards. Conclusion Through the establishment of the system, the radiological examination process was improved, which increased the work efficiency of radiology department, shortened the patient's examination time and reduced the doctor-patient contradiction caused by queue.关键词
