摘要

Abstract

Objective To facilitate medical examination appointment, expert appointment and outpatient and inpatient dual referral for patients in affiliated community hospitals of medical alliance. Methods Based on the medical service management platform of medical alliance, a data center was established. Setting patients index to unique primary key, the data from relevant information systems of every hospital in regional medical alliance was extracted by data integrator and collector, ETL tool and so on, then showed on Web, WeChat, APP and other platform after processing. Results The pilot application of patient service management platform based on medical alliance had made great achievements. More patients chose nearby grass-roots hospital for advance registration and getting examination results, even if they need to go to the superior hospital for treatment. Conclusion The construction and application of this project made patients enjoy medical service of 3A grade hospitals in the nearby community service center, effectively alleviated the treatment pressure of 3A grade hospitals and saved medical resources as well.
