Abstract
With application of key performance indicators (KPI), the paper introduced medical equipment self-repair rate and ventilator failure rate, and the engineers were also required to evaluate the maintenance of medical equipment in their departments monthly. The implementation of the key performance indicators KPI during a year has achieved some results - engineers maintenance level increased gradually, self-repair cost proportion was rising and the total maintenance cost proportion of assets decreased year by year. Used in medical equipment maintenance management, KPI is a beneficial method to improve the maintenance level of engineers to make the medical equipment maintenance management more standardized and professional.关键词
