Abstract
Objective To investigate the change characteristics of ABI in diabetic foot, and analyze its influencing factors. Methods One hundred and sixty eight cases of patients with typeⅡdiabetes were selected, who were treated in department of endocrinology, Qinghai provincial people's hospital from May 2013 to May 2016, and they were divided into ABI abnormal group (<0.9 or > 1.3) (53 cases) and ABI normal group (0.9-1.3) (115 cases) according to the ABI values. The clinical data, laboratory indexes and the occurrence of diabetic foot of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between ABI and related indexes were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the age and course of disease between the two groups (t=10.941,t=19.352;P=0.000,P=0.000), and there were no significant differences in the other baseline data between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of diabetic foot was 10.7% (18/168) in the all 168 cases of diabetic patients, and 22.6% (12/53) in the ABI abnormal group, which was significantly higher than 5.2% (6/115) of the ABI normal group (X2=11.514;P=0.001);In terms of HbAlc, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups (t=4.327,P=0.000), but there were no statistically significant difference in blood lipid index (t=1.186,t=1.388,t=1.148,t=1.430;P=0.119,P=0.083,P=0.126,P=0.077);In terms of UA, SCr and BUN, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups (t=1.917,t=5.275,t=5.992;P=0.028,P=0.000,P=0.000);Pearson correlation analysis showed that ABI had negative correlated with age, disease duration, HbAlc, UA, SCr and BUN (r=-0.815,r=-0.813,r=-0.821,r=-0.880,r=-0.776,r=-0.797;P=0.048,P=0.049,P=0.045,P=0.021,P=0.032,P=0.018).Conclusion With increasing of age, duration of disease, uric acid, decreasing of glycated hemoglobin, and hyperuricemia concurrency, the probability of occurrence of ABI abnormalities of patients with typeⅡdiabetes usually significantly increased, and more prone to have complications such as diabetic foot.关键词
