中小型内高压成形机液压系统的设计与仿真
Hydraulic System Design and Simulation for Small to Medium Sized Internal High Pressure Forming Machine

Abstract
To develop an energy-efficient and affordable internal high pressure forming machine,the hydraulic system of a small to medium sized machine is designed and the specifications of key hydraulic parts are confirmed.The designed machine is of three characteristics:the variable clamping fore with an upper limit of 10 MN,three axial feeding actuators,compound supercharging with a maximum blowing pressure of 300 MPa.The system is divided into four subsystems:the clamping press subsystem,the prefilling and bulging subsystem,the axial feeding subsystem and the workpiece ejecting subsystem.Detailed simulation models of four subsystems are established and tested based on the AMESim.Then the integrated model of the hydraulic system is established and an engineering forming example is adopted.Simulation results show that the hydraulic system is reasonable and the control accuracy of main parameters can meet the design requirements.The hydraulic system provides a reference for the equipment research and development.关键词
