摘要

Abstract

An effervescent atomizer is studied by an experimental setup.The effects of pressure drop,air-liquid ratio and pressure ratio on flow characteristics are investigated.The empirical formula of air-liquid ratio and liquid flow coefficient is completed.The experimental results show that pressure drop is inversely proportional to air-liquid ratio,which is the same rule for the liquid-air pressure ratio to the air-liquid ratio,and the air-liquid ratio to the liquid flow coefficient.The pressure ratio and air-liquid ratio have great influence on the atomization effect.When the air pressure is 0.1 MPa and the pressure ratio is lower than 1.045,the air-liquid ratio is larger than 0.1,and the liquid flow coefficient is less than 0.13.
