1例经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后反复出现支架内再狭窄患者的药学监护
Pharmaceutical care on one patient with repeated in-stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists in cardiovascular department about pharmaceutical services by studying pharmaceutical care for one patient after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods Clinical pharmacist analyzed possible factors that might affect repeated in-stent restenosis (ISR) in a patients after PCI and provided suggestions including polymorphism of anti-platelet drugs,therapy of regulating glycemia and lipidemia,patient' s compliance with medication,and telephone follow up after discharge.Results and conclusion The clinical pharmacist gave rational advices about adjustment of therapy,provided pharmaceutical care on this patient and found that adverse cardiovascular event and adverse drug reaction didnt appear again when calling back after 6 months,thus ensuring the safety and efficiency of drug use and improving patients'compliance.关键词
