摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the reasonable application of voriconazole in a hospital inpatients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 89 cases of patients with application of voriconazole in a hospital from April 2016 to June 2016 in the statistical use of voriconazole by Excel 2007,according to the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe invasive fungal infections (2007) comprehensive analysis and evaluation standard.Results In the surveyed 89 patients,The pathogenic microorganism examination rate was 91.01％,the positive rate of patients fungal detection was 48.32％.The detection rate of galactose was 68.54％,the positive detection rate was 29.51％,the detection rate of beta-D-glucan was 83.15％ the positive rate was 27.03％.The conditions were improved for 67 cases,but 10 cases with decreased renal function,6 cases with increased liver enzymes,5cases with both of them.Conclusion There are still some misunderstanding on the clinical application of voriconazole in a hospital.Therefore,it is very important to carry out special reviews of rational drug use.关键词
