孕三烯酮胶囊联合丹黄祛瘀胶囊治疗子宫肌腺病的临床研究
Clinical trial of gestrinone capsules combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules in the treatment of adenomyosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of gestrinone capsule combined with Danhuang Quyu capsule in the treatment of adenomyosis (AM).Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,with 61 cases in each group.The control group was orally given gestrinone capsule 2.5 mg,qd on the first and the third day of menstruation,and twice a week after menstruation (at an interval of 3-4 d);on the basis of the control group,the treatment group was orally administered Danhuang Quyu capsule 1.6 g,bid.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and mvllerian inhibiting substance (MIS),uterine volume and symptom score of dysmenorrhea,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.81％ (56/61 cases) while that of the control group was 72.13％ (44/61 cases),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CA125 in the treatment group and the control group were (76.34 ± 7.85) and (68.57±7.67)U · mL-1,MIS were (4.27 ± 0.52) and (6.53 ± 0.85) ng · mL-1,uterine volume were (120.38 ± 9.13) and (111.36 ± 8.74) cm3,symptom score of dysmenorrhea were (8.32 ± 1.02)and (5.74-± 0.73),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).Adverse drug reactions of the control of group and the treatment group were tidal fever and night sweating,nausea,acne,edema of lower limbs.The incidences of adverse drug reactions were 45.91％ (28/61 cases),26.23％ (16/61 cases),with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of gestrinone combined with Danhuang Quyu capsules,the serum level of CA125 was reduced,serum level of MIS was elevated,the volume of uterus and symptoms of dysmenorrhea were alleviated,while clinical efficacy and safety were improved.关键词
