林蛙皮胶原蛋白酸法提取工艺及性质研究
Study on Extraction Technology and Properties of Collagen from Rana chensinensis

Abstract
This thesis is to extract collagen from the remaining Rana chensinensis skin, and to study the collagen by acid extraction and enzymatic extraction process.Through analyzing and forecasting by the single-factor test and Design Expert software, according to the actual , the optimum process condition of products are: solid-liquid ratio 1∶18, hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.16mol/L, extraction time of 5h , the maximum amount of collagen extraction was 28.2%.Fourier transformation infrared scan patterns showed that acid extraction of the products, the experiments proved the system to take the acid-soluble collagen is the preservation of the original spiral structure completely.DSC scanning results showed that the acid-soluble collagen of original protein denaturation temperature is 52.4℃,which is more than the skin and cowhide collagen denaturation temperature of 37℃.关键词
