摘要

Abstract

This experiment with raspberry varieties "Heritage" and"Hongbaoyu"annual branches stem segment with axillary bud as explants,Study the illumination time、The influence of plant growth regulator on axillary bud germination;The best medium somaclone take root,To establish a raspberry tissue culture system of rapid propagation.The results show that:"Haritage" culture medium for MS + 2 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/LNAA 30 g/L + sugar + 8 g/L AGAR;"Hongbaoyu" medium for MS + 2 mg/L 6-BA + 0.3 mg/LNAA 30 g/L sugar + 8 g/L AGAR.The best illumination time 12-14 hours/day;Somaclone best rooting medium are 1/2MS+1mg/LIBA+2mg/LNAA+30g/L sugar +8 g/L AGAR.
