Analysis of American Adult-gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program and Certification
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of population aging in our country,the demand for health care of the elderly is increasing rapidly,which puts forward higher requirements for the nurse practitioners of the elderly primary health care.However,at present there is no system of training and certification for nurses in primary health care in China.Adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners in the United States have a profound impact on patients,families,communities and primary health care.In this paper,in order to provide a reference for China′s development of geriatric nursing, we take adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner program in School of Nursing of University of Pennsylvania as an example and try to introduce its training mode and certification system into China.关键词
