Community-based Chronic Disease Management Path Exploration Based on the House of Quality
摘要
Abstract
The house of quality is a core tool for quality function deployment(QFD),a way for identifying the relationship between customers′ demands and the product/services capabilities,and an important tool for the development and design of products/services living up to customer needs.Based on the current community-based chronic disease management(CCDM),we explored the new way for CCDM with the house of quality model under the guidance of QFD theory,with a view to providing a reference for the development of CCDM services that meet the needs of the community patients.关键词
