急救社区化管理模式对呼叫反应时间的影响研究
Influence of Community-based Emergency Management Model on the Response Time
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the influence of community-based emergency management model on the response time and explore ways to optimize pre-hospital emergency care management.Methods The Chaoyang District of Beijing receiving community-based emergency management model since 2014 was selected as the intervention group,and a district of Beijing without receiving the model was set as the control group.The emergency dispatching data of both groups in January 2013 and January 2014 were collected from Beijing Emergency Center Platform for Dispatching & Transferring the Cars.The difference-in-difference technique(DID) was used to calculate the effect of community-based emergency management model on the response time.Results Compared with that in January 2013,the average response time for the intervention group in January 2014 was shortened by 1.25 min (15.84 vs 17.09),while that for the control group in January 2014 was only shortened by 0.14 min(19.18 vs 19.32).The difference in the shortened average response time between the groups was 1.11 min,which suggested that the community-based emergency management model had positive effect on shortening the average response time(P<0.05).Conclusion The community-based emergency management model implemented in Chaoyang District,Beijing reduces the response time,which can be used as a reference for the development of pre-hospital emergency medical service system in China.关键词
