摘要
Abstract
Many guidelines at home and abroad actively recommend that the suspected hypertension should be arranged for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM).So the objectivity and accuracy of the ABPM are of particular importance.However,currently in China,the performing of ABPM operators,especially those in grassroots medical institutions,lacks standardization.Based on the guidelines related to ABPM at home and abroad and the experience of ABPM operators in No.4 West China Teaching Hospital,Sichuan University,we made an exhaustive introduction of the standard operation of ABPM,with the hopes of providing a reference for ABPM operators in grassroots medical institutions.关键词
