3G智能血压计的开发及其测量老年人血压的准确性评价
Development and Accuracy Evaluation of the 3G Intelligent Sphygmomanometer for the Elderly

Abstract
Objective To develop a kind of 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer,and evaluate the accuracy of it by comparing its measuring results with those of the mercury sphygmomanometer.Methods This study was conducted from March to August in 2016.The participants recruited were 50 elderly persons,selected from Home for the Aged Guangzhou,including 22 cases with normal blood pressure,and 28 cases with the history of hypertension.The blood pressure of every participant was measured 3 consecutive times with the interval of 3-5 min,by the specially trained physician by using the mercury sphygmomanometer and 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer,respectively.And then recorded the average of blood pressure measured by mercury sphygmomanometer and 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer.Results In the participants with normal blood pressure,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) measured by the mercury sphygmomanometer was positively correlated with that by 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer(r=0.797,P<0.001;r=0.854,P<0.001),and there was no significant difference in SBP,DBP measured by two kinds of sphygmomanometers(t=-1.320,P=0.201;t=-0.203,P=0.841).Among the participants with the history of hypertension,the SBP,DBP measured by the mercury sphygmomanometer showed a positive correlation with that by 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer(r=0.829,P<0.001;r=0.920,P<0.001),and there was no significant difference in SBP,DBP measured by two kinds of sphygmomanometers(t=0.858,P=0.398;t=0.569,P=0.574).Among all the participants,52.0%(26/50)′s SBP values measured by the mercury sphygmomanometer and 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer differed by <5 mm Hg,74.0%(37/50)′s differed by 10 mm Hg,and 90.0%(45/50)′s by 15 mm Hg;76.0%(38/50)′s DBP values measured by the mercury sphygmomanometer and 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer differed by <5 mm Hg,92.0%(46/50)′s differed by <10 mm Hg and 100.0%(50/50)′s differed by <15 mm Hg.Of the participants with the history of hypertension,the proportion of participants found with SBP≥140 mm Hg by mercury sphygmomanometer was not significantly different from that by 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer〔89.2%(25/28) vs.85.7%(24/28),x2 <0.01,P>0.05〕;the percentage of participants found with DBP≥90 mm Hg by mercury sphygmomanometer did not differ substantially from that by 3G intelligent sphygmomanometer〔21.4%(6/28) vs.17.8%(5/28),x2 <0.01,P>0.05〕.Conclusion For the old people measuring blood pressure and predicting the hypertension,3G intelligent sphygmomanometer has similar accuracy as the mercury sphygmomanometer.关键词
