Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the transfusion of red blood cells in hospitalized patients,to analyze factors affecting red blood cell transfusion, and to provide the basis for clinical scientific and reasonable transfusion. Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze clinical records, blood transfusion data and direct anti globulin tests results of 286 cases of red blood cell transfusion in our hospital between January and March. Results Of 1 028 patients in hospital,486 cases were infused with red blood cells.Atnong them, there were 182 cases of invalid transfusion,at a rate of 17.7%.The inefficient infusion rate for patients with history of transfusion greater than three times and infusion amount greater than 16U were 42.7% and 39.4%,respectively,higher than patients with history of less than three times of blood transfusion and less than 16U of red blood cell infusion. The inefficient infusion rate in patients with a history of pregnancy was 22.19%,higher than nulligravida patients. The incidence of inefficient infusion in patients with malignant tumor and patients with hematological diseases were 35.8% and 25%,respectively,higher than patients with other diseases.Patients with positive direct antiglobulin test (31.6%) increased the chance of invalid red blood cell infusion than patients with negative results (14.1%).Conclusion A patient's type of disease, history of blood transfusion, amount of blood transfusion, history of pregnancy and direct human antiglobulin test results exert evident influence on the effect of blood transfusion.Clinicians should strictly carry out scientific and reasonable transfusion to minimize the number of blood transfusions,to place more emphasis on the direct antiglobulin positive results,to analyze the reason for the positive results, and to conserve precious blood resources.关键词
