Abstract
Objective To start emergency rescue transfusion on an RhD-negative patient,and to analyze the clinical effect of the "recommended scheme" according to the "recommended scheme for emergency blood transfusion under special circumstances" (hereinafter referred to as "recommended scheme").Methods The clinical features,the start indication,the process of blood transfusion and the effect in this transfusion case of an O Rh D negative patient which met the "recommended scheme" were retrospectively analyzed.Results The total blood volume of O RhD(-) patient consisted of 3.5 U of suspended red blood cells,11.5 U of frozen red blood cells and 1 430mL of fresh frozen plasma.A trauma patient with blood type of O RhD-negative was saved because she received enough transfused blood in a timely manner.Conclusion The "recommended scheme for emergency blood transfusion under special circumstances" is of great significance to guide transfusion workers and clinical workers to solve clinical emergency rescue,and to allow patients with rare blood type to receive proper blood transfusion according to the "recommended scheme".关键词
