Guideline for prevention of the primary cesarean in promoting vaginal delivery
摘要
Abstract
Although cesarean delivery is considered to be one of the most important ways in managing complications,dystocia and intrauterine asphyxia,the rapid increase in cesarean section does not decrease the maternal and neonatal morbidity or mortality.Actually,the complications in cesarean are increasing.The purpose of this article is to review the risks of cesarean delivery and analyze the prevention of primary cesarean in 7 aspects:antenatal management,individual induction,delivery support,new labor process and fetal heart rate management,external cephalic version for breech presentation and vaginal birth after cesarean,in order to promote the vaginal delivery.关键词
