内衬混凝土对波形钢腹板刚构桥扭转和畸变性能的影响
Impact of Inner Lining Concrete on Torsion and Distortion Performance of Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge with Corrugated Steel Webs

Abstract
Two comparison test models of three-span single cell box variable cross section continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs (one with inner lining concrete and another without) were designed and constructed.Through the static load test and finite element analysis of the model,the impact of inner lining concrete on the torsion and distortion performance of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs was investigated.Results show that the inner lining concrete can increase the bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of box girder with corrugated steel webs as well as restrain the torsion effect and longitudinal warping effect under eccentric load.The deflection,eccentric load coefficient,longitudinal stress and longitudinal warping stress of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs all decrease with the increase of the length and thickness of inner lining concrete.Under the same volume of concrete,the effect of increasing the length of inner lining concrete on improving the torsion and distortion of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs is more obvious than that of increasing the thickness.关键词
