摘要

Abstract

An automatic calculation method for car retarder's energy taken-out per unit length based on radar velocity curve and actual measurement calculation formula is put forward.Median filtering method is adopted to filter radar velocity curve.The action section of car retarder in radar velocity curve is then located accurately by means of combining data analysis and velocity integration.The acceleration of the selected action section is calculated through modelling with noise data based on random sample consensus (RANSAC),which is used to calculate automatically the energy taken-out per unit length of car retarder.The statistical analysis for the energy taken-out per unit length of car retarder during a period of time is performed and the result is shown by scatter plot in chronological order.Automatic computing outputs on real hump data are compared to manual calculation results,which shows that with this method,both the real time value of car retarder's energy taken-out per unit length and its trend in a certain period of time can be obtained.The result can serve for guiding retarder maintenance and promoting the speed control precision for rolling cars.
