Abstract
The mobile audiology apps are one segmented application of the smart medical care,and also an indispensable part of the internet plus aural rehabilitation.From the perspective of the establishment of the information infrastructure of the rural aural rehabilitation centers,the mobile audiology apps can be considered as an innovative application of the IT management.This paper intends to discuss the importance of setting up the IT structures at the local rehabilitation centers and the active role that the mobile audiology apps can play.At the same time,we would like to propose a practically workable technology route to facilitate the establishment of the IT infrastructures for the rural centers and present as deemed appropriate.关键词
