Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between homocysteine (HCY) and sudden sensorineural hearing loss.MethadS With a documentary review of hospitalized patients with sudden deafness,67 cases were classified into groups and analyzed with Krnskal Wallis test,according to the age (more than 60 years and less than 60 years old),sex,hearing curve,hearing decline,hypertension and prognosis.Results There was no significant difference in HCY values between the groups.Conclusion HCY may not have a clear relationship with sudden deafness.This may be related to the pathogenesis of various types of sudden deafness involved in the microcirculation of the inner ear,and may also be related to a small number of cases.关键词
