感音神经性耳聋的基因治疗研究进展
Developments in Gene Therapy for Sensorineural Hearing Loss
摘要
Abstract
Hearing loss is one of the most prevalent sensory disabilities in the world,and no effective treatment is available currently.Recently,the gene therapy has become more promising in terms of protection or regeneration of the auditory nerves and hair cells,and treatment of hereditary hearing loss.The gene therapy is now being explored as a possible treatment for sensorineural hearing loss.Main strategies of treatment,gene transfer vectors and routes of delivery will be discussed in this review.关键词
