摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the auditory and speech ability of 0-3-year-old hearing-impaired children under the family-centered rehabilitation model by evaluating outcome of early intervention.Methods 20 bearing-impaired children received IT-MAIS,CAP,LEAQ,MUSS,SIR questionnaire surveys,the Ling's six sound tests,and auditory assessments.The results were compared and analyzed.Results ①The scores of IT-MAIS,CAP,LEAQ showed rising trend,with the extension of early family intervention and rehabilitation training time.The auditory ability of younger hearing-impaired children increased significantly since 6 months(P<0.01).②The growth trend was gentle of MUSS and SIR.In the first 12 months significant difference occurred(P<0.05) compared with the previous.Conclusion The family-centered rehabilitation model played an important role in enhancing family participation and strengthening family effectiveness for younger hearingimpaired children,and realized the development of audiotory language ability in natural environment.It is an effective way of early family intervention.
