听觉补偿时间对听障儿童康复效果的影响

Abstract
Objective To explore effect of time and length of first auditory compensation on the hearing speech rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children.Methods 80 cases 6 months-6.5 years old children with same degree of hearing loss were subjects of this study,and all of them wore hearing aids and had received the same hearing and speech rehabilitation training for 10 months-1.5 years.The hearing thresholds and "assessment of auditory verbal ability"test results of first auditory compensation time (≤2 or＞2years old),length of auditory compensation time (＜1 or≥1 year) between children were compared.Results The frequency of the average hearing threshold of ≤2 years old children was significantly lower than those of ＞2 years old(P＜0.05),and there were not significant differences between length of auditory compensation time ＜1 and ≥ 1 year(P＞0.05).The auditory assessment,speech intelligibility,listening presentation,talking about pictures,theme dialogue and total score of ≤2 years old children were significantly higher than those of ＞2 years old(P＜0.05),and there were no significant differences between length of auditory compensation time ＜1 and ≥ 1 year(P＞0.05).Conclusions Compared with the length of auditory compensation time,the effect of age of equiping hearing aid on speech rehabilitation for hearingimpaired children is more significant.We need to seize the critical period of children's language development and carry out early rehabilitation training as soon as possible.关键词
