Abstract
Objective To discuss the efficacy of children's intelligence syrup combined with language training in treatment of language disorder in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 60 cases with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers of hospitalization.The control group (29 cases) was given language training.The observation group (31 cases) was given children's intelligence syrup combined with language training.Observe and record the efficacy of the two groups,including Gesell movement,fine motor behavior and language scores before and after the treatment,as well as adverse reactions during treatment,and analyze the results.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.1％,and that of the control group was 58.6％.The treatment effects of the observation grou p was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of Gesell movement,fine motor behavior and language of two groups were increased,and the scores of observation group were higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Concluslon Children's intelligence syrup combined with language training could improve the language disorders obviously with high safety for children with cerebral palsy.It was worthy of clinical application.关键词
