足月新生儿眼底出血的高危因素分析
The high-risk factors for newborn fundus hemorrhages
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the risk factors of fundus hemorrhages in normal newborn and high-risk newborn. Methods From 2014 Sep to 2016 Apr,we studied retrospectively normal newborn 80 cases and high-risk newborn 142 cases who have fundus hemorrhages. We randomly choose normal newborn 30 cases and high-risk newborn 63 cases as control group. Results In normal newborn,the fundus hemorrhages is related to gestational age,umbilical cord,amniotic fluid,birth weight,delivery methods. But delivery methods is the main factor. In high-risk newborn, asphyxia is the main factor. Conclusions For fundus hemorrhages,delivery methods is the main factor,and some factors such as gestational age,umbilical cord,amniotic fluid,birth weight,asphyxia can' t be ignored.关键词
