白介素1家族在脂肪肝疾病中的作用及机制研究进展
Research progress on role andmechanism of interleukin-1 in fatty liver diseases
摘要
Abstract
Interleukin-1 (IL-1) inflammatory cytokines play a key role in the progression of fatty liver disease, including hepatitis, hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma.The IL-1 family cytokines are closely linked with different stages of fatty liver diseases.It was considered as an effective strategy for the treatment of fatty liver diseases via regulating the IL-1 pathway.IL-1 regulates the occurrence and development of fatty liver diseases through many ways and many links.It is expected to be an effective molecular target for the prevention of these diseases, which could be used for fatty liver disease drug screening.This review summarizes the roles and mechanisms of IL-1 family cytokines in alcoholic and non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases in recent years.关键词
