2型糖尿病合并结直肠癌患者抗肿瘤治疗前后营养状态比较研究
Comparative study of nutritional status in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer before and after oncotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nutrition status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer before and to after oncotherapy, thereby to provide the reference for nutrition Management.Methods A total of 122 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2016 were enrolled as the research objects,weight, body mass index(MBI), hemoglobin(HGB), Prealbumin(PA) were assessed and compared before and 4 weeks after oncotherapy, NRS 2002 was used to evaluated the nutritional risk.Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of PA, HGB, MBI, weight of patients were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.01), and the rate of nutritional risk, NRS 2002 score were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.01).Conclusions The incidence of nutritional risk was increased and nutrient level was decreased among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with colorectal cancer after oncotherapy, nutritional screening should be performed and individualized program of nutrition support should be made for the patients with nutritional risk, which can improve the nutrition status of patients, increase therapeutic effect.关键词
