丹参川芎嗪注射液对尿酸性肾病患者肾功能及肾血流影响研究
Effect of danshen chuanxiongqin injection on renal function and renal blood flow in patients with uric acid nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of danshen chuanxiongqin injection on serum uric acid, renal function, renal morphology and blood flow in patients with uric acid nephropathy.Methods A total of 64 patients with uric acid nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of decreasing trioxypurine, the drug was allopurinol or benzbromarone;while the observation group were treated with danshen chuanxiongqin injection on the basis of routine treatment, the course of treatment of two groups was 42 days.The uric acid (UA) ,serum creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN) and urine β2-macroglobulin (β2-MG)of the two groups were detected, and the above indexes were compared between the two groups;and renal morphology, the blood flow of renal artery (MRA), renal artery (SRA), interlobar artery (IRA) were detected by color doppler ultrasound.Results After three courses of treatment, the blood UA, Scr, BUN, β2-MG of the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the decreased in the observation group was more significant (P<0.05);the Vsmax and Vdmin of MRA, SRA, IRA in the observation group were significantly increased compared with those before treatment, and significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the RI of MRA, SRA, IRA in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the total efficiency of the observation group (81.25%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (56.25%, P<0.05), and the curative effect in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions On the basis of allopurinol or benzbromarone, danshen chuanxiongqin injection in the treatment of uric acid nephropathy, can improve the blood flow status, delay the process of renal interstitial fibrosis, reduce proteinuria, improve renal function and clinical efficacy.关键词
