VMAT联合同期化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床研究
The clinical study of VMAT combined with concurrent chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of volume rotation intensity modulated (VMAT) combined with concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with VMAT combined with concurrent chemotherapy, while the control group received conformal radiotherapy (IMRT) combined with concurrent chemotherapy.The short-term therapeutic effects, toxic and side effects during the treatment period and after treatment were compared between two groups;followed up for 1 year, the tumor free survival rate, distant metastasis rate and overall survival rate were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in short-term therapeutic effects between the two groups (P>0.05).The pelvic bone marrow (PBM), rectum and small intestinal external dose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), the uniformity index (HI) of target area dose in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The severity of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in 1-year disease-free survival rate, distant metastasis rate and overall survival rate between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions VMAT combined with concurrent chemotherapy has the same efficacy as IMRT program in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer, but it more safety, and can improve long-term prognosis.关键词
