Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of early neurological deterioration (END) in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The clinical data of 148 patients with acute ischemic stroke was collected, and 148 patients were divided into early neurological deterioration group (END group) and non early neurological deterioration group (non END group) according to whether with early neurological deterioration, the risk factors of early neurological deterioration in patients with acute ischemic stroke were analyzed by logistic stepwise regression analysis.Results Among 148 patients with acute ischemic stroke, there were 39 cases occurred END, and 109 cases did not.The logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, carotid artery stenosis and high NIHSS score were the risk factors of early neurological deterioration in acute ischemic stroke (P<0.05).Conclusions Hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, carotid artery stenosis and high NIHSS score are the risk factors of early neurological deterioration in acute ischemic stroke, timely discovery and effective intervention can reduce the occurrence rate, disability rate and mortality of END.关键词
