Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of stereotactic minimally invasive surgery combined with postoperative hyperbaric oxygen and sodium valproate on the treatment of brain tumors.Methods: 120 patients with brain tumors were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) as the random number table. The patients of observation group were implemented stereotactic minimally invasive surgery combined with postoperative hyperbaric oxygen and sodium valproate, while the patients of control group only were implemented stereotactic minimally invasive surgery. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction, post-operative complication and living quality of the patients in two groups were observed and compared.Results: After treatment, the difference of curative effects between the two groups was significant (x2=11.368,P<0.05), and the difference of the incidence of complications between the two groups also was significant (x2=25.145,P<0.05). The differences of a series of living quality indicators, such as physical function, role function, social function and total living quality, between the two groups were significant(t=10.867, t=9.028,t=8.995,t=9.187;P<0.05).Conclusion: Stereotactic minimally invasive surgery combined with postoperative hyperbaric oxygen and sodium valproate in the treatment of brain tumors can better relieve the state of patients, and it has some clinical efficacy.关键词
