摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the formulation and preparation process of Children Calcium Carbonate D3 Granules. and to study its stability preliminarily. Methods The optimal ratio of the adjuvant was screened by orthogonal tests and obtained by comprehensive scoring method with particle taste. odor and particle size as the indexes. Results The granules were prepared by wet granulation with the optimal formula of calcium carbonate-vitamin D3 powder-maltodextrin glucose-sodium citrate ( 75 :0. 1 :15. 9 :8 :1 ) . Its quality and stability were basically the same with D-Cal. Conclusion The formulation is reasonable. the preparation technology is feasible. and the product quality is stable and controllable.关键词
