Extraction Technology Optimization of Sihuang Dingtong Patch by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Sihuang Dingtong Patch. Methods The orthogonal test was performed to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration. ethanol amount. extraction times and extraction time on the extraction results with the content of berberine hydrochloride as the evaluation index. Results The best optimum conditions were as follows:the amount of ethanol 8 times. 60% was used as the extraction solvent. extraction times 3 times and the extraction duration for each time was 60 min. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology of Sihuang Dingtong Patch is stable. feasible and reproducible. which can apply to the production of Sihuang Dingtong Patch.关键词
