高效液相色谱法测定补肾养血颗粒中二苯乙烯苷含量
Content Determination of Stilbene Glucoside in Bushen Yangxue Granules by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of stilbene glucoside in Bushen Yangxue Gran-ules. Methods The method was achieved on Phenomenex Gemini 5u C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm. 5 μm ) using acetonitrile-wa-ter ( 18:82 ) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL /min. and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results Stilbene glucoside showed good linear relationship in the range of 0. 288-2. 304 μg ( r=0. 9996 ) . The average recovery rate was 96. 27%. RSD=1. 20 ( n=9 ) . Conclusion The method is sensitive. accurate and reproducible. which can be used to determine the content of stilbene glucoside in Bushen Yangxue Granules.关键词
