摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of 23-Acetyl Alisol B in Yikang Capsule by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on a Agilent Extend-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm. 5 μm ) with acetonitrile-water ( 72:28 ) . The detection wave length was 208 nm and The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results There was good linearity between the peak area and injection volume in the ranges of 0. 0221-0. 5526 μg ( r=0. 9999 ) . The average recovery of 23-Acetyl Alisol B was 98. 26%. RSD=0. 30%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple. reproducible and accurate. which can be used for quality control of Yikang Capsule.关键词
