摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol-Cyproterone Acetate in the treat-ment of polycystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) combined with infertility. Methods Totally 128 patients with PCOS combined with infertility in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional group was treated with ovu-lation induction. while the study group was treated with Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol-Cyproterone Acetate. The condition of ovulation and pregnancy. insulin resistance index and sex hormone levels before and after treatment. the incidence of threatened abortion in the two groups were observed. Results The condition of ovulation and pregnancy in the study group were better than those in the conventional group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment. the insulin resistance index and sex hormone levels in the study group were better than those in the conventional group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of threatened abortion in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol-Cyproterone Acetate in the treatment of PCOS combined with infertility has good effect. can effectively improve insulin resistance index and hormone levels. promote ovulation. improve the pregnancy rate. reduce the incidence of threatened abortion without significant adverse reaction. It is safe and effective. and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
