孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿支气管炎疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Ketotifen combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children bronchitis. Methods Totally 230 children patients with bronchiolitis in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. 115 cases in each group. The control group was given Montelukast Sodium. on this basis. the observation group was added Ketotifen. The remission time of clinical symptoms and adverse reaction in two groups were compared. Results The remission time of fever. cough. rales. stridor in the observation group was shortened obviously. which was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After treatment. the improvement of pulmonary function between the two groups had significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rates of adverse reaction in the observation group and the control group were 8. 70%. 21. 74%. respectively. it had significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Ketotifen combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of children bronchitis has good effect. it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
