摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the condition of solid fermentation of Beauveria Bassiana for transforming Arisaema Heterophyllum,in or-der to achieve the purpose of detoxification and synergism. Methods The solid fermentation culture conditions and the medium of strain BT1 for transforming the dry powder of Arisaema Heterophyllum were made for the optimization test. The effects of 4 factors,such as seed culture medium,substrate input,transition temperature and transition time were investigated by orthogonal test and the strain activa-tion,seed culture,solid fermentation culture methods. The optimum conditions for transformation were optimized. Results The Beauveria Bassiana strain BT1 is the most suitable test strain,the best condition when the strain of Beauveria Bassiana BT1 was cultured in the YPD liquid medium under 28 ℃ and 200 r/min for 3 d was optimum. The optimum transition condition of Beauveria Bassiana strainwas as follows:taking Arisaema Heterophyllum as the substrate with inoculation amount of 10% and culturing for 20 d at 28 ℃ by using the solid fermentation method. When the medium compositions was Arisaema Heterophyllum powder,fresh bean cake and rice flour with ratio of 1 :1 :1 and the water content as 50%, the transition product with lower toxicity and higher activity of anti convulsion was obtained. Conclusion Using this fermentation condition for transforming Arisaema Heterophyllum can achieve the purpose of etoxifi-cation and synergism.
