Abstract
Objective To study the influence of Allopurinol combined with 5-Fluorouracil on the proliferation and apoptosis of liver cancer HepG2 cells. Methods The HepG2 cells were treated by different concentrations and combinations of Allopwrind,5-Fluo-rouracil. CCK-8 was used to measure HepG2 cells proliferation,and flow cytometry was used to examine the apoptosis of HepG2 cells. Results The inhibition of HepG2 cells apoptosis reacted by Allopurinol was weak,in combination inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells in a time (24,48,72 h)and concentration dependent (1-3 μg/L)manner. Allopurinol combined with 5-Fluorouracil had stronger inhibitory effect than that was used alone. The apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells in the combination treatment group was 39. 17%,which was significantly higher than 30. 86% in the 5-Fluorouracil group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Allopurinol combined with 5-Fluorouracil has enhanced effect on the proliferation and apoptosis of HepG2 cells.关键词
