高效液相色谱法同时测定消炎利胆胶囊中绿原酸和迷迭香酸含量
Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid and Rosmarinic Acid in Xiaoyanlidan Capsules by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of chlorogenic acid and rosmarinic acid in Xiaoyanlidan Capsules. Method The phenomonex? -C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was composed of ace-tonitrile(A)-0. 1% phosphoric acid(B)solution with gradient elution,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃, the detecting wavelength was set at 330 nm. Results The ranges of calibration curve of chlorogenic acid and rosmarinic acid were 1. 37-68. 50,0. 87-43. 60 μg/mL,with the average recoveries of 101. 04% and 98. 78%,RSDs were 2. 11% and 1. 68%,respectively (n=6). Conciusion The method is accurate,reliable and repeatable,which can provide a more comprehensive basis for quality control of Xiaoyanlidan Capsules.关键词
