摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of geniposide and paeoniflorin in Shangjin Lotion. Methods The HPLC method was adopted on the column of Kromasil 100-5-C18 colomn(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric(14 :86)at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 235 nm,the column tem-perature was 25 ℃,the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range was 2. 07-51. 80 μg/mL for geniposide (r=0. 9999)and 2. 08-51. 88 μg/mL for paeoniflorin(r=0. 9999);limits of quantification were 10. 35 ng,20. 80 ng,limits of detection were 3. 10 ng, 6. 24 ng. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%. The average recoveries were 99. 95%(RSD=1. 15%,n=6)and 99. 56%(RSD=0. 44%,n=6). Conclusion The method is easy to operate,accurate,specific and reproducible for the content determination of geniposide and paeoniflorin in Shangjin Lotion.关键词
