摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmaceutical care in the treatment of anxiety and depression disorder. Methods To-tally 60 patients with anxiety and depression disorder admitted to our hospital from April to December 2016 were selected and as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment with Venlafaxine Sustained-Release Tablets,on this basis,the observation group was added pharma-ceutical care. To follow up for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy,awareness of knowledge about disease,medication compliance,and quality of life in the two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with before treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly reduced after treatment for 1 week(P < 0. 05),after 1,2,4,8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 80. 00% in the control group (P < 0. 05). The scores of awareness of knowledge about disease ,medication compliance ,and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The implementation of pharmaceutical care in patients with anxiety and depression disorder can improve the depression and anxiety state of the patients,and has a positive effect on improving the medication compliance and quality of life.关键词
