Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of clinical rational medication guidance on medication compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Totally 88 patients with T2DM from February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of treatment,44 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received routine therapy and medication guidance. The condition of grasping diabetes relat-ed medical knowledge,treatment compliance,adverse events and blood sugar control in the two groups were analyzed. Results The total mastery of medical knowledge and total compliance of the observation group were 95. 45% and 97. 73%,which were significantly higher than 70. 45% and 75. 00% in the control group(P < 0. 05). There were 10 cases of adverse reactions and 10 cases of inappropriate medication in the observation group,which were significantly lower than 21 cases and 19 cases in the control group(P < 0. 05). The fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were (6. 14 ± 1. 31)mmol/L and (8. 45 ± 1. 90)mmol/L in the observation group,which were significantly lower than (6. 88 ± 1. 47)mmol/L and(11. 00 ± 2. 27)mmol/L in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical rational medication guidance for patients with T2DM is helpful to improve the compliance of the medication, strengthen the degree of blood sugar control,and has satisfactory curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
