基于胃肠动力学的恶性肿瘤化疗后痞满证中医临床疗效分析
Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Malignant Tumor complicated with Epigastric Fullness after Gastrointestinal Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of"Xiaopi Decoction"in the treatment of malignant tumor after chemotherapy and further to analyse the mechanism. Methods Sixty patients with fullness syn-drome after malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, the patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, while the patients in control group received cisapride therapy. The changes of gastric emptying time, gastrointestinal symptoms, gastrointesti-nal hormones and curative effect were observed after 4 weeks. Results The symptom scores in treatment group (10.54 ± 4.53) were significantly lower than symptom scores in the control group (8.96 ± 2.20, P<0.05). The effective rate in the treatment group (90.0%) was significantly higher than this in control group (70.0%,P<0.05). The gastrointestinal hormone levels in two groups were improved after treatment when compared with pro-treatment. The gastric emptying rate in the treatment group [(73.96 ± 19.20)%] was significantly higher than the rate in the control group [(70.54±17.53)%,P<0.05)]. The levels of motilin(479.25±63.1) ng/L and gas-trin (107.32 ± 21.2) ng/L in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group [(460.75 ± 54.7) ng/L, (134.46 ± 25.1) ng/L, respectively]. Conclusion "Xiaopi Decoction"could improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the gastric emptying and regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in treating the epigastric fullness syndrome of tumour after chemotherapy.关键词
